The entire ride after the overbank looks insane though. I would be very happy if we ended up getting a Mack. Personally, I think it could replace Intimidator as the third best coaster at the park.

If this is really true, I'm stoked. I've been saying ever since Helix was built that I'd love to see a Mack Launch at the park, but I always thought a B&M launched wing would be more likely. Assuming this happens, I'm glad the park is finally starting to diversify the lineup a bit more.

I’m going by it’s ranking on Mitch’s poll and the various friends that have ridden it. It’s a highly rated coaster.

Another upside to this being a Mack is that we can expect it to open on time and working properly. Their reliability seems to be on par with B&M, so it’s definitely a quality product.

Well they are starting construction in April. If it opens late something crazy happened.

Facts. There is no reason for them to open late after starting the project almost 1 year in advance. I'm very excited for this project/new coaster and hope it actually comes. I have to agree with chknwing on how slow Blur Fire looks. I just hope we don't get something like that early in the ride because it looks like it really slowed the ride down...but the rest of the ride still looks insane though. BTW I have never ridden the ride myself so I could be wrong, but I'm just going by what I've seen.

Umm they’d have to either build some mountains or make some really tall supports for a helix clone.

Looking at the where the coaster is supposed to be, will the gliders be behind Boo Blasters where WWF used to be and use that queue? If so, do you think they will open up a path behind Boo Blasters?

Yikes. It's one thing if Screamscape leaks the plans, but those are the actual blueprints. We could all actually get in trouble for that.

Yes, I feel confident about that. And hopefully Carowinds will save the WWF queue building and use it for the gliders.

Also, it appears that the coaster was in design before County Fair was opened. The survey from drawings looked like it was before County Fair addition.

LOL, What the hell? Eventful evening... Wasn't expecting this... Spinner?

EDIT: Looking at the short layout, as well as the launch track sizes and the fact that such a short layout has three trains running on it, I'm betting on a spinner.
