Amusement Insiders got a few photo's from FGPhotographs for a video he made, looks like the blueprints were clearly visible through one of the new peep holes. I took snips of the video and zoomed one in to share. You can clearly see the roll...

^^ Carowinds confirmed a while ago on either Twitter or Facebook that ‘RFD’ specifically in the case of the section at Carowinds meant ‘Rural Farming District’.

I could be wrong (it wouldn't be the first time) but does Cedar Fair really know what Pat Hall and company were thinking back in 1973? I seriously doubt it.

Carolina RFD doesn’t go all the back to E. Pat Hall and Carowinds Corp.....
It was Country Crossroads and Indian Thicket....
Carolina RFD came about sometime after 79 but before 87.

My point stands. Cedar Fair probably doesn't know what was in the minds of the planners over 30 years ago.

I could be totally wrong on this but we are still largely under the assumption that the leaked blueprints are actually real, and they still could be. Then we look at this video and assume that somebody made a poor choice and left the blueprints out to see and by chance right next to a peep hole that Carowinds them selves put in this massive construction wall.......stagged if you ask me

I thought about that as well haha. Anything is possible for sure. But I have no idea how close that was to the peep hole or anything. The guy has a really nice camera, and the workers are usually in the area with the peep holes as there is a lot of shade over there. I think its real, but who knows. Not knowing is the fun part I guess.

Why would they be using fake blueprints at a real construction site just to throw enthusiasts off? It’s not like the majority of park guests are going to find out. Maybe a few employees, but not enough to make a difference.

Like anyone cares what a group of a few dozen online enthusiasts think. They have fun with us where they can, where they're expected to. It's fun for both sides and it gets people talking.

But they're not going to fake blueprints. That's ridiculous. We already know what this ride is going to look like. I'm sure there are still a few surprises we'll discover when the announcement happens, but anyone expecting the rug to get ripped out from under us is asking for disappointment.

Oooooookay, just now getting caught up on everything. Nice to see those blueprints were real after all, was really hoping the ride would have that roll out of the station. As for the theme, how do we know it’s not red herring? Intimidator started teasing with White Lightning and Fury started teasing with all the Roman stuff.

Note, I do hope this isn’t red herring because I love the barn launch idea.
