I think the drill thingy is a well digger or something... that wouldn't make sense, though because you'd think (if they had a water fountain in the que line) it would be from the main water system that goes around carowinds, not from a well.

The machine you see is a drill used to dig holes to put rebar into the ground to hold concrete which is used to hold footers. Every hole you see dug by the machine is where a footer is likely to go in the end.

If your talking about the hurler wooden coaster, than that is a gokart track that they added a couple of years ago.
