Also if you’ve been to a cornfield or farm in NC then you’ve seen snakes too!

I live in southpark and my house backs a creek. I've probably killed 50 copperheads in my 10 years here.

I spend most of my time outside working in the yard when I am at home, last time I seen a black snake was 2014. Copperheads never, just big long black snakes.

Most snakes hang around a water source....

Let's not forget this is called "Project Alpha - Digital."

I don't think it's crazy to think that they are in fact teasing a barn with a big screen special effect like Mystic Timbers.

Maybe it will be before the second launch (and that's why the first half of the ride appears to be a bit shorter on the leaked layout, to account for the extended pre-launch sequence)?

Also, I think they're going to theme the new area to a Rural Farming District, like the old Carolina RFD.

I could see the stop before the first launch being where a "shed style" Barn could be. The FBR as well.

We pretty much know the current construction is a Mack coaster, right? So either a lot of this other teasing is just to throw us off, or there is more than one future attraction being teased.

It’s interesting about the word ‘Dinomite’. It’s not too crazy to speculate about what could replace the dinos..

Despite the lack of snake sightings in corn fields near Roller’s house, Carowinds is probably more interested in the perception of what most of the general public thinks. And most people think of snakes when they think of corn fields, or any fields. There’s even a species specifically called a Corn Snake.

With that in mind, any snake theme would likely be related to the copperhead based on that patent name discovery awhile back. But maybe the snake theme is not for the Mack, but for a future attraction after this one is built? Or not. Oh the possibilities..
