General Carowinds discussion
#26541
Simon & Watson caught hell from Cedar Fair for posting these plans and especially for labeling them as "Carowinds 2010 coaster", and was told to remove them immediately. Fortunately, having friends in the biz I got a good look at them but have been sworn to secrecy so my lips are sealed.

If you are lucky enough to have a log in for that site then you could have access to them, but I am sure someone will leak them in due time. I mean is it that big of a secret of what they are getting and just how high it will be and just how long it will be?

Many people wonder why Universal has strange names for projects such as Stronghold. This is prime example of why they do that. Yea you can find out they have filed permits on such but they are not stupid enough to use the year, place, and type of ride as S & W did. Not a smart move and I would not be really surprised if they get another project anytime soon.

That certainly looks like it should have a very decent amount of airtime. I also note that it came off the midcourse at a very nice clip. Some B&M's lose a bit of their "flow" when they hit the midcourse and are braked hard.

Are those hints directed towards a possible similar addition to Carowinds' "stable"?
