If I'm seeing correctly - there is no trim on the upside of the (now-capped) bunny hill. Now... if we can just make it through the first of the 2 return bunny hops without one we'll be trim-free, not that it really matters.

The webcam appears to be stuck on Cam2 at this point though.

^^^I'm going to really miss seeing huge cranes on the Carowinds horizon... I guess it is kind of sad that we will most likely never see cranes of this size at our park again.

It would be pretty easy to see:

I totally forgot about the catwalks on the sides. I was forgot there was more than just a trim brake between the rails. Maybe they will just add the catwalks later. Hopefully not.

So let me see if I can get this folks and please correct me if I am incorrect. But the park gets a Hyper and people rejoice for afew seconds. Then comes the fear of trim brakes being placed on the ride that is not even built and watching each piece of track that goes up to look for the brackets fearing the worst is coming to ruin this ride. Now someone is saying something about not seeing those large cranes ever again at Carowinds again.

Maybe it is just me but what is wrong with this? Still can not wrap my head around the doom and gloom sky is falling thing that I see on here about this great looking ride that is being built to ride. I just do not get it.

Me either Dave.

I've been on three of the Beemer hypers and all had trims I believe, but I didn't feel it ruined the ride a la Mean Streak.

And to throw more fuel to the fire, when I was riding Thunder Road the other day and looking at track over there it did appear one of the pieces had some sort of brake section or bracket or whatever. I'm no expert, so just take that with a grain of salt.

Pretty easy to identify the trim brake sections:

I've been on Behemoth several times; in fact, going this Sunday. Out of three trips I've made out to Canada, I've only had one awesome day on Behemoth. First time I rode it was in July 2008, and the trims were in force and I did feel a bit slow down, but nothing like Raging Bull's stunting trim. Second time was opening day 2009 and the rides were the best I've ever had. Trims didn't kick in at all, mid course wasn't even on, maybe slightly. Literally flew through the entire track at insane speeds. Then the last time, we went during a cold day and it was very slow. Almost didn't make it to the mid course. So I have no idea how they run regularly as I haven't had any similar day on Behemoth.

With or without trims, Intimidator will be one sweet ride.
