Well just got off intimidator and well from my initial ride, in the front seat, I favor the beemer for being able to reride. The speed is awesome though. I didn't black or grey out like I'm reading a lot of people are doing. The turns are taken at a fast pace and those restraints do not help! But I likes the ride...good addition! You should see my brother on the onride photo. Poor kid is holding his neck! Lol

Rode it a second time. Was stapled by the end of the ride. Oh yeah intimidator 305 is now down for extended mantaince. That was quick lol...

That sucks that its already down. Where would they add a second trim? I have got to get up to KD sometime and ride it. What is better Millenium force or I305? I think I personally would enjoy millenium force better just because no otsr and the hills. I dont know how much I would enjoy the turns on I305 but its just something I would have to actually do and see how it goes. Oh well, glad everone is enjoying the new KD coaster! I am enjoying our new carowinds coaster!

Would like to send a big thanks out to Wes for posting something like this. Seems I had to kill some ridelists that messed up the rankings against the Carowinds version. Maybe in the future we can get away from this and someone on here who is a member also got his list axed. You know who you are and if you want to correct it then get up with me.

Dave I can't tell if you are being serious on your previous post or not, but I wasn't really being serious.

I know it only had 20 riders, and it's not a fair comparrison at this point. That's why I put this little guy in my post.

I try not to take these things too seriously anymore and just have my own opinion on rides, and if someone doesn't agree with it, no biggie. It's like movies, we all have our own tastes and preferences, just because I don't like horror movies, doesn't mean I don't want you to enjoy them and I'm going to talk junk on a message board about you because you like horror movies over say action movies, which I like.

I305 is a pretty solid ride but I am not a fan of the OTSR they have on it. It is all about speed but that first hill has some really good airtime on it. I did not grey out as alot of people have did on the first turn into the first hill. Yes it is intense but not as intense as some of the other coasters I have rode. If it was not for the OTSR that I would grade it higher but not much. I still think that there are alot of coasters that are much better but that could change after the ride is broke in.

Did they slow down the lift? or did they put a trim in? Because I dont see how it goes from everyone greying out to no one.

its not a constant thing. When I rode front seat stapled in I didnt grey out. when I rode 4th row, not soo stapled I did for a second or 2.

Of my 3 rides on I305 the first was in the fourth row & I didn't have any problems with greying out/blacking out during any of my three rides at all.

On KD's facebook they have confirmed that no trims will be added to the ride so at this point nothing is going to change as far as the intensity is concerned.

Maybe I did not grey out because I tend to do alot of extreme things beside riding Roller Coasters.
